Return and Shipping Policy | Fall River Mask
Due to unprecedented volume, please allow for additional processing time. We are working 7-days a week to ship orders as quickly as possible.
All domestic orders ship free by USPS First Class service from our Fall River, MA warehouse (outside of Boston.) Orders ship generally within 1-5 business days and take 1-5 business days (depending upon how far west you are from Fall River.)
Next Day FedEx service is available for $35 per order.
Second Day FedEx service is available for $25 per order.
International Shipping is available for $19.95 per order. Most international orders ship via UPS Mail Innovations and take 5-7 business days. Please note, international shipping charges and lead times are subject to change.
We do not offer any pick-ups from our Fall River warehouse at this time due to safety concerns.
Due to the nature of these products we are not able to accept returns or exchanges under any conditions. Each order is final sale. For the safety of our team any masks that are returned to us will be destroyed. Please feel free to contact us with any product questions that you may have prior to purchasing. You may rest assured that each mask is made to rigorous quality standards and is inspected prior to shipment.
